One of our Bukit Gombak residents, Lim Yi Jie Randall, recently participated in the SEA Games in the Wushu event.
Randall began practising Wushu at 7 years old. He has been in the National Team for the past 11 years. To prepare for the Nanquan (南拳) event, Randall had intense practise sessions twice a day.
When we met, he shared about his debut experience as an athelete representing Singapore. It was a valuable experience for him as a Wushu athelete in the National Team and he said he looks forward to doing better in future competitions.
Randall made a lovely art and craft displaying the photo that we took during the Edusave Award Ceremony as well as his SEA Games photos. I’ll cherish this gift, Randall
We are so proud of you, Randall We wish you all the best, and Bukit Gombak will be cheering you on!
