to Chong Cheng Hei on winning his first sanda match!
It's amazing to hear that he started learning sanda as a way to defend himself, and that he decided to challenge himself by competing. It takes a lot of courage to step out of your comfort zone and compete, so I'm sure he's proud of himself for what he's achieved.
I'm also thankful to the Singapore Wushu Dragon and Lion Dance Federation for providing the platform for Cheng Hei to compete. It's important to have opportunities for athletes to test themselves and see how they stack up against other competitors.
I'm sure Cheng Hei is looking forward to continuing his training and competing in more competitions in the future. I wish him all the best!
